Dr. Tomer Fadlon is a Research Fellow at INSS. His PhD thesis, titled “Bombing Civilians in Symmetric Wars,” was written under the supervision of Prof. Azar Gat and focused on the decision-making process that ultimately leads to the bombing of civilians. He also teaches several courses in the department at TAU, including “The Politics and Diplomacy of Sports” “, Strategy in the Modern Era,” and “Political Economy”.
