Introduction
Over the past few years, the term “enforced disappearance” has emerged on the surface of volatile and accelerating political events. The Egyptians were not familiar with such violation which deprives a person of law protection, because forcibly disappearance was rarely adopted, even during Egypt’s most formidable periods of successive political repression.
