At the outset, it must be emphasized that the repercussions that hit the Egyptian economy resulting from the covid-19 crisis or the Russian invasion of Ukraine are not the main causes of the Egyptian economy’s problems[1], although they have contributed to accelerating the exacerbation of these problems, which accordingly required acceleration of the government’s steps in facing them.
