Dina graduated from The American University in Cairo (AUC) in 2008, Had her MSc (2009) and PhD (2017) from University of Sussex, UK. Her doctoral research is on the economics of young women in Egypt. Dina is an assistant professor of economics at The American University in Cairo. In addition to her gender research, Dina is a migration expert who has worked on a several migration consultancies with different local, regional and international institutions.
