Rasha Hassan is a PhD Candidate in sociology at Cairo University in Egypt, She is the Poverty, Gender and Youth project officer at the Population Council. Before joining the Council she was working as a senior researcher at National Council for Women. The focus of her research on designing mixed methods research on range of Gender studies and development issues in Egypt, she has several publications on Justice, poverty and Gender.
