Samuel Ramani is a doctoral candidate the University of Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations. His research focuses on Russian foreign policy towards the Middle East, with a focus on the civil wars in Syria and Yemen.
Samuel is a geopolitical analyst and commentator who writes frequently for the Washington Post, The Diplomat, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Al Monitor.
